Royal Mail Experiencing Delays

We are still operating as normal but Royal Mail are clearly feeling the strain and we are seeing more delays to deliveries in certain areas around the country while workers are self isolating, off sick and mail centres struggling to process their normal volumes of mail.

We are very pleased to announce that a new payment method from Klarna is now available on our website. This has taken many months of planning and agreement but we can finally offer all our UK customers interest free credit on purchases of £50.00 - £2500,00 on all Vaping and CBD products.

Account Funds (Service Update)

Customers have recently informed us of issues paying with Account Funds when Multi-Buy Promotions are in their basket. This resulted in a "Wheel of Death" when selecting a payment method.

Please note that the 20% Fixed Discount will not apply to any multi-buy promotions and instead, only apply to any other products in your basket.

We have partnered up with Sezzle to allow our North American customers to Buy Now and Pay Later. Simply select the Sezzle payment method at checkout and spread the cost of your order over 3 months.

PayPal Service Disruption Resolved

Unfortunately in recent weeks we have had some technical issues with PayPal due to the variety of products we sell. These issues have now been fully rectified and PayPal Checkout is now fully restored for every customer in every country.

Now Supporting Paym Mobile Payments

We now accept payments in GBP (£) from UK customers via the highly secure, free to register and free to use Paym service. The Paym services are available through the online banking apps of all major UK banks.

Shipping Address Books

You can now store up to 5 shipping addresses on your account to help make the checkout process easier and faster. A default address can also be set from within your account dashboard.

In recent weeks we have received multiple complaints of support messages not arriving in our support desk. We have investigated the issue and the issue is now fully resolved. All support requests are now arriving safely.
