New Customer Support Features
Support requests to our helpdesk can now be managed from within your account. You can create, reply and view previous support conversations from within this area. You will still receive emails alongside this new feature.
View Orders "Get Help" Button
We were recently made aware of support tickets not reaching us from the "My Account" > "Orders" > "Get Help" buttons within customers account areas. This has now been fully resolved and support requests are being received loud and clear.
Local Collection Service - Updated
We introduced the local collection service so customers who lived near our retail locations could pay online and collect their orders. We have now restricted this to strictly Postcodes in "Surrey" so this option will not be displayed every customer.
